When will my order be shipped?
Once we have been advised that your payment has been approved, most orders will be despatched from our premises in Townsville within the next 1-2 business days.
How do you send the bags to me when I buy online?
For shipping within Australia we send our bags out using Australian Air Express (AAE) who provide an overnight service to the majority of metropolitan and capital cities. Regional areas, or where a third party courier is involved, can take up to 5 business days for delivery. If you would prefer your bags to be sent via an alternative method (eg: Australia Post) please contact our office before proceeding with your purchase.
Overseas orders are usually sent via Australia Post registered service.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. You can elect to pick up the ordered products and save on any delivery charges. Please contact us direct for details. Our despatch is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and our address is:

Where can my bags be sent to?
Our Beehive bags are sent all over the world. AAE delivers to most destinations within Australia and the goods can be sent to a physical address or post office box. Freight prices quoted are for shipment within Australia only. Please contact our office direct for a quote if you would like bags to be sent to a destination outside of Australia.
Yes. The consignment note details will be forwarded to you when your bag has been sent and can be tracked on www.aae.com.au
What if I am not home when my order gets delivered?
Deliveries require an acceptance signature for proof of delivery. However where a signature cannot be supplied (eg: no-one home during the day) AAE provides an Authority To Leave (ATL) service. This means that you give AAE permission to leave the parcel at the address without a signature. You can supply details as to where you would like the parcel left at the address – eg: over the fence into the back yard, left in the garage or on the patio etc. An ATL is not required for post boxes.
If you do not give permission for this and there is no-one to sign when the goods are delivered they will be taken back to the depot and a card left advising you of where they can be collected from. Please be aware that that the freight we charge you is for a one time delivery only. If the goods are returned to the depot or you contact AAE requesting the goods be re-delivered or delivered to an alternate address, an attempted delivery fee of approximately $12.00 may be charged.
Please note that Australian Air Express does not accept any responsibility for goods that are left without a signature. Likewise Beehive Vinyl Products Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods if you choose to give an Authority To Leave the goods without signing for them.
What if my order does not arrive?
Your goods are fully protected and in the unlikely event that they are lost in transit we will replace your product in full at our cost including freight charges to the original destination.
Please note this protection ends at the point where the goods have been
- delivered and signed for
- delivered for collection from a postal box
- delivered without a signature via an ATL.
If your order has not been delivered within 14 business days of despatch notification please contact our office so that we can initiate an investigation.
Do I get a Tax Invoice or Receipt with my goods?
Yes. A Tax Invoice / Cash Sale Tax Receipt is shipped with your order.
