Beehive Vinyl’s long experience with Annexes & awnings has allowed it’s trade qualified Industrial textile workers & trimmers to provide quality new, replacement, repairs & alterations for caravan textile components such as caravan annexe roofing & walls, van skirts, roll out awnings, insect screens, pop-tops surrounds, tropic covers, and campervan sleeves, tropic covers, awnings, windbreaks and stone guards.
Our large workshop allows us to carry out all your alterations under cover & all vans are stored overnight in secured, monitored & patrolled premises.
Fabrication process can be done through different methods including thermal heat welding, HF Welding or stitching of the seams. Welding of the seams (canvas excepted) provides a 100% waterproofing solution providing a stronger bond on some materials. We utilise quality threads when stitching our seams such as Poly bonded thread or PTFE thread (teflon).
